PO System - '1/1/2011/' is not a valid date error

Problem: You receive '1/1/2011/' is not a valid date error on the PO system

Solution - Fix your Short Date format

1. Open Settings by right clicking the start menu
   
   
   
2. Click on Time & language.
   
   
   

3. Click on Date, time & regional formatting
   
   
   

4. Click on Change data formats
   
   
   
5. Under Short date, change it to 4/5/2017
   
6. Close the PO system and reopen
