Printer Queue Frozen

If your Printer is stuck processing a file and you cannot delete it follow these steps:

1. Press Windows on keyboard + R > services.msc > Print Spooler > under "Service Status" press STOP -- leave this open --

2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS > delete everything in that folder

3. Go back to the Print Spooler properties > press Start
